Inspiration For The Day

This was at the Atlantic States Open weightlifting meet 2012. He was in the 85-90 year old category. He broke a national record at this meet. I didn't catch his name, because I was so blown away I forgot to wright it down. I was absolutely inspired.

So..... what is your excuse again?
